Carmen is a dedicated environmental professional with a passion for coastal and marine conservation. With a background rooted in program coordination and stakeholder engagement, Carmen has played pivotal roles in environmental management and community-based initiatives throughout her career.
Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Environmental Studies, graduating with distinction from the University of Victoria. She further enriched her skills with a Professional Certificate in Management and Leadership from Royal Roads University, and continues to expand her knowledge through certifications in diverse environmental disciplines.
